| Nudd starts Fox Match European project |
 New Fox Match consultant Bob Nudd has recently returned from a visit to Europe which marked the start of development of a new range of European match products.
Bob spent time visiting key retailers in Holland to discuss the needs of European coarse anglers, before assessing the current Fox Match range with European director Andre Akkermans.
Bob then met with match magazines from Holland, Germany and France, before finalising a list of European product requirements.
More details on a European specific range of Fox Match products will be released later this year. |

| New Fox shads tempt big zander |
 During testing of a new range of Fox Predator shads and lead heads, Fox star Luc Coppens landed this stunning double figure zander.
Luc has been spending a huge amount of time testing many new products due for launch later this year.
“I am very, very excited by the new Fox range of predator products. The new products have been many months in development and have helped me catch some big fish during the testing period,” said Luc.

| Fox Stalker Scales go on-sale |
 The new Fox Stalker Digital Scales have now gone on-sale. As the name suggests, the scales provide accurate measurements in a compact, portable casing that is small enough to carry in a rucksack or carryall.
The scales feature a bright backlit digital LCD panel which displays the weight clearly, folding arms and a retractable hook. They also measure weight in pounds, Dutch pounds and kilograms.

| 47lb mirror carp caught on MAG reels |
 Fox sponsored Andreas Karrer from Austria has landed four huge carp using his new Fox Stratos MAG 12000 reels for the very first time!
Andreas was fishing a private gravel pit close to his hometown of Graz in Austria. It’s around12 acres in size and very weedy, but is home to some big fish of over 50lb!
He loaded the MAG reels with 12lb Fox Soft Steel Camo mainline, and used a long Combi Rig with Fox Leadcore and Reflex hooklink. His hook was a size 4 Fox Arma Point SSC with a Trigga boilie hookbait.
After three days and two nights, Andreas was pleased with his four carp ranging from 33lb up to 47lb.
Commenting on the MAGs, Andreas said: “I am very happy with the new Stratos MAG 12000s do to their impressive performance. They have a perfect clutch, the line lay on the spool is great and it feels very light. It was extremely well balanced with my Eclipse rods and visually they are very beautiful!” |

| First test on new Bob James rods |
 The highly anticipated Bob James Signature Series Travel Rods have been reviewed for the first time, with the Angler’s Mail scoring the rods a very high 9/10!
